Plymouth Argyle defender Krisztian Timar is set to make his 50th appearance for the club in Monday's Championship game against Sheffield Wednesday.
The Hungarian international centre-back has been one of the stars of the Argyle team and will notch up his 50th appearance in the Green shirt of Argyle in the Sky TV game against Wednesday.
The man-beast defender signed for Argyle on-loan in January 2007 from Hungarian club Ferencvaros with the deal being made permanent in May 2007 in a Ł75,000 transfer.
After an uncertain start during his loan spell Timar has really flourished this season and is in the running for the Player of the Season award. The uncompromising defender recently made his debut for the Hungarian national team in the friendly against Slovenia.
The 28-year old has 14 months left on his contract and has scored four goals from his 49 appearances but has picked up 12 yellow cards.
